About Us
Dr. Eric Hiers and his wife Dr. Allison Hiers have been an integral part of the health and well being of the beloved pets of the North Central Florida area since 2010. They acquired both Trenton Animal Hospital and Kanapaha Veterinary Services in 2010 from the previous owner Dr. Ted Yoho.
In 2023, Drs. Eric and Allison opened Tricounty Veterinary Emergency Clinic to fill an urgent need for after-hours small animal emergency services in the Levy, Gilchrist, Dixie and Alachua county areas.
Both Dr. Eric and Dr. Allison Hiers believe in the importance of community and the personalized care private practice gives to their clients. In a veterinary industry that is 50-70% corporate owned, our Doctors are proud to offer affordable private health care to our clients and their beloved pets.
